Air-Mule UAV, designed for more than just hauling loads but medical supplies too, this ain’t no simple farmers mule

UAV (Unmanned Ariel Vehicle) technology is awesome. It’s sophisticated technology at its best but to be fair it’s also really cool for the pilots as it’s just like controlling a radio controlled plane. In facts that’s exactly what it is. But the UAV aircraft has many responsible uses and only recently VTOL Technologies of Britain developed a lighter device that was capable of carrying heavier payloads show us how the technology is fast evolving. The latest is this, from Urban Aeronautics, the aptly names one ton Air-Mule UAV designed for medical evacuation. It’s been developed for vertical lift and take off and due to the design form of propellers being on the inside, it’s going to be easy for this baby to slip in and out of cities or urban areas if necessary. It’s still in its test phases but it has quite a lot of promise. Think of this as a flying robot doctor, to an extent.
