• Apple’s advertisements from the past sprout up nostalgia

  • Apple has always made a point across with its advertisements and now with the iPhone’s fifth birthday just around the corner, we decided to put on our nostalgic best and have a look at the first look of the iPhone in June 2007. With the first iPhone TV commercial sporting 32 of Hollywood’s brightest stars saying “hello” and a simple “Coming in June” message, Apple further went ahead to craft out advertisements that simply showed off the phones features, with a black background and a narrator, a trick that quickly helped the marketplace understand what set this phone apart from its peers. Today, the manufacturer is preparing for the fifth-generation of the iPhone and has had the technology world grasping the edge of its seat in anticipation of the same.
