• Apple’s new Macs to sway away from optical drives forever!

  • Apple has been known to take revolutionary steps and chuck out the unnecessary and outdated time and again. The company has always stuck to minimalism, keeping its designs as practical and up to date as ever. In a bold move not many were willing to take, Apple’s Mac computers will now skip an optical drive.

    Optical Drive

Given the fact that optical drives and CDs have turned stale and as ancient as the first wheel man had rolling down a mountain slope, Apple users will now need to resort to the use of the internet and portable data-storage devices like hard-disks and thumb-drives. And from what we’ve heard, Apple enthusiasts aren’t really mourning the death of the optical drive either, with most of them crowning the move a “good riddance”!
