• Asus Eee Pad MeMo 7-inch ICS tablet arriving in Q2 2012 for $249

  • Asus Eee Pad MeMo was earlier unveiled at last year’s CES but I wonder how many people actually remember it. Anyway, the 7-inch, stylus-compatible tablet is back at CES this year and this time it will be actually released in Q2 of 2012. The long-delayed device is a real iPad killer with specs like a quad-core processor and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, all for just $249. Other specs include 1,280×800-pixel-resolution IPS screen, Qualcomm 8260 dual-core 1.2GHz CPU, 1GB RAM, choice of 16GB and 32GB storage, a 1.2-megapixel front camera, and a 1080p-capable 5-megapixel back camera.
