• AT&T Navigator now for iPhones

  • AT%26T Navigator
All iPhone users can now rejoice as AT&T has released an iPhone friendly version of the Navigator PND program on the Apple Store. It is developed by Telenav and supports voice and on-screen guidance. This version is available for iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS and gives turn-by-turn directions, traffic updates and full 3D mapping. If that didn’t impress you enough, the 3D maps are automatically updated in the background with POIs and street names too.

This is a really great application and will make traveling a breeze, but it is priced at $9.99 per month, which works out to $240 for a lifetime subscription. When we have Google Maps for free to work with and GPS units being sold at throw away prices, this certainly looks a bit expensive.
