• BrewPi concept makes the process of brewing beer more stringent

  • Brewing beer, just like gulping it all down, is an art. To keep a wary eye on the golden froth he brews, Dutch homebrew enthusiast Elco Jacobs took apart a Rasberry Pi computer, hooked it on to a modified refrigerator and is currently using the system to brew beer! Jacobs has also commissioned the use of an Arduino board and software that shields the Rasberry Pi. Called the BrewPi, this contraption can be used to control the temperature of fermenting beer to within 0.1 degrees of desired temperature. The final frothy beverage created as a result of the process is bound to leave you asking for more, as is usually the case with beer.
