• CES Countdown: ZTE Grand S to arrive as world’s thinnest phablet

  • We just saw how awesome the Nubia Z5 is and now there’s more from the company. ZTE is all set to release Grand S, the world’s thinnest phablet at CES in January. The device will sport a 6.9mm thickness, beating the Nubia Z5 that held the title for just a day. We’re eager to land up on a few more images. One thing’s for sure, CES 2013 may well be the best edition of the show for ZTE. The specifications read as: 5-inch FullHD display with 1080p resolution, a 13-megapixel camera, Snapdragon S4 1.5GHz processor and 2GB RAM and a 2500mAh (which is the only thing different from the Z5).

The Grand S is touted to cost $450 that’s $100 lesser than the Nubia Z5. Strange that two competing phones of such nature show up within a day, from the same maker.
