Connect multiple touch devices with Pinch Interface

Pinch Interface gives a new dimension to fun multi-touch technology. This platform allows for multiple touch devices to be linked and display its content on multiple screens as one. It is similar to the concept of LED mounting but in a smaller screen. One of the most interesting features of Pinch Interface is that all touch devices can fit like a jigsaw next to one another in order to display a single content piece like an image or a video. Devices can be connected to Pinch Interface via Wi-fi. It is a fun product for gaming but a long run usage is still questioned.

This takes the idea of ‘pinching’ to wider horizons than just zooming. Here’s what the makers had to say, “People probably own just one of these devices each. So, I think people could communicate in fun ways, by getting together with friends and putting their devices next to each other. In the case of advertising, I think you could create applications where people put their devices together to talk about the products.”
