Definitive Technology unleashes the Sound Cylinder Bluetooth tablet speaker
The speakers incorporated in tablets aren’t really meant to blast out music like you’d expect them to from time to time. Well, no longer do you need to depend on those puny speakers to play your music out loud, thanks to Definitive Technology’s first Bluetooth speaker system, the Sound Cylinder. To be unveiled at CES 2013, the speaker also doubles up as a stand for your tablet, making it the perfect on-the-go accessory!
The speaker connects wirelessly to tablets via Bluetooth and can also be hooked on via an audio cable. Also, the Sound Cylinder is rechargeable and works for nearly 10 hours on a full charge. This Bluetooth speaker is expected to sell for $199 a pop.
