DIY Adafruit Monochron clock is for the old Atari Pong fans to gaze into at all hours of the day

Here’s a novel but unnecessary concept for Pong lovers the world over. Wouldn’t you love to have a digital clock that told nothing but time but had an old Atari Pong game running continuously? I wouldn’t. The Adafruit Monochron clock is just that. It’s a device you don’t really need but if you’re an old fan, you just might want. Actually the ach is part of hackleable open source kit that allows you have the LCD panel to display anything you program into it. It’s encased in Laser cut black acrylic which does give it a bit of a classy finish. It takes about 2-3 hours to put together with a soldering kit and all the short while? and finally and although it is less important because the use of such music for this video?
