Eternal Image’s Star Trek Urn for your ashes could cost you the money you couldn’t take with you

For the diehard (and I’m being a bit literal here) Trekkie, here’s your chance to immortalize your ashes for your family in a way that can only serve as a constant reminder of how much money you spent in your life being a Star Trek fan. You can arrange for your ashes to be scattered to the four winds or you can opt for the Trekkie Urn (no idea what the real name for this is) from Eternal Image to contain them. Each of these ‘spacey’ receptacles are designed to store 190 cubic inches of ash and are made from a composite blend of natural minerals, an etched stainless steel faceplate and name scroll, and an image of the Enterprise printed on anodized aluminum, with the Enterprise visible through a cut-out of the franchise’s signature Delta logo. You can also add a personalized nameplate above the graphic and your own obituary details complete with Star Date all for an off worldly sum of $800. Perhaps they’re including a tiny Star Ship Enterprise rocket to fly this into orbit as well.
