It features an amplified speakerphone, strobe ring indicator, a 95dB loud phone ringer (that can be turned off), voice mail indicator, pop-up Caller ID window, large LCD screen, and a speakerphone with volume control. The UltraClear tone and volume controls allow you to increase both high and low frequencies. The three level speech output controls can amplify your voice up to 12 dB.

The Phone book and Caller ID can store up to 99 names. In case Grand Ma left the phone off the hook by mistake, the Freedom Amplified Phone has a unique feature called the Auto On Hook; it allows the phone to ring, even if the handset is left off the hook for a period of approximately 5-8 minutes.
