Heirloom Chemistry Set is funded and ready to build a generation of better chemists

Chemistry suddenly seemed to be everyone’s favorite subject, the moment Jesse Pinkman post-fixed the word ‘science’ with ‘b***h’. It worked a good degree, encouraging kids about the capabilities of Chemistry and how it can truly change your world. However, the origins of fans of the subject dates back to a few centuries ago. Remnants of that throwback era are re-lived by H. M. S. Beagle, a science store that delivers more than a regular textbook on Chemistry. Now, the company has decided to go on and create a classic Heirloom Chemistry set that is completely functional, portable and absolutely good to look at. The project was put up on Kickstarter, inviting funding from people who would love to revive the age of owning Chemistry sets.

As of today, the project has enjoyed 507 backers who have pledged a total of about $146,000 of the complete $30,000. The project is the brainchild of John Farrell Kuhns from Kansas City. It will surely mark the return of the cellar nerd!
