Hi-Chew Candy to beat tooth decay through interactive game
The fruity Hi-Chew candies have forever invited germs and tooth decay, but when it comes to beating them, the company hasn’t held too many reservations. Morinaga’s insightful studies have probably shed light on how chewing more of their candies can cause more decay and thus reduced patronage. So, they put their heads together and devised the first toothbrush training video game to help kids beat tooth decay. What seems a lot like Guitar Hero, the toothbrush is the controller and uses precise strokes of the player to sync with that on the screen. The game makes the presence of germs and microbes quite apparent and as the teeth a brushed, so are the germs dealt with.

Promises say that it could connect to a PC wirelessly and bears the Hi-Chew logo so as to ensure that the awesomeness of the candy isn’t lost in the bargain. A perfect little alibi for sweet-loving youngsters seems to be on its way.
