• Huawei shows compact MediaPad 7 Lite Android 4.0 ICS tablet

  • After the announcement of quad-core MediaPad 10 FHD, Huawei is actually venturing fast into the tablet market. Now to solidify their claim, the Chinese mobile company has unveiled a new 7-inch tablet, dubbed the MediaPad 7 Lite. There is no real information from the makers on what we will get in the MediaPad 7 Lite in terms of processor, RAM and hard disk, but from what the trend is and from what we can gather from the company webpage, we can confirm that the tab in its compact unibody design will feature a 1280 x 800 resolution display with Android 4.0 ICS a rear camera and yes 3G connectivity.

    Huawei has planned to release the quad-core MediaPad 10 FHD sometime in August, thus we thing the MediaPad 7 Lite will come sometime in the 4th Quarter of the Year. Will the MediaPad 7 Lite present any competition to the Nexus 7, only time, price and feature would tell, so stick around.
