• Huawei’s entry-level T-Mobile Prism II gets leaked

  • The Prism II by Huawei is a successor to the Prism phone that was introduced a little under a year ago. Like the previous, this one too falls under the budget device category. There’s word that the Prism II will have a 320×480 resolution screen, a 1GHz processor Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean and will look a lot like what these leaked images portray. It’s plain, utility and nothing frilly on the outset. There is an evident absence of buttons on the main face of the device, but that’s the way they roll these days. All said and done, the Prism II will pretty much drive the entry-level market by storm since it is among the few such devices that arrive with Jelly Bean at its back.

The Huawei Prism arrived in May 2012. This variant cost $20 on contract, so we can safely presume a slightly higher price on the Prism II.
