• iPhone 5 to support HSPA+ 4G speeds, says China Unicom

  • The rumor-analysis of no LTE 4G support for iPhone 5 might have disappointed some fanboys, but here is something that will make Apple win back your trust. China Unicom reports that the upcoming iPhone will run on HSPA+ 21Mbps network, thus making it three times faster than the current iPhone 4.

    China Unicom, during its keynote at Macworld Asia event, spoke of the 21 Mbps HSDPA service launch that happened back in May and also said that there as much as 26,000 3G stations in China. Is this enough for our Android buddies to switch loyalties?
