• Japanese make blue beer from melted icebergs and seaweed

  • blue beer
The Japanese always push their limits and come up with some out of this world things. As if sushi and teriyaki wasn’t enough, now they have introduced the world to blue beer! The makers of this beer, Abashiri have used water from melted icebergs to make this beer and seaweed to give it this unique blue color. The Okashiri Blue Draft looks very appealing and only the Japanese could have come up with a way to use icebergs that wash up to its shores every year. This beer
tastes ok and you may not know it contains seaweed until you bother to look at the label while you drink. It is also available in green and red colors and colors never looked this good I must say.
