Levitating Light Bulb floats around luminously
One Chris Rieger from the University of Queensland managed to develop a light bulb that floats around with some basic principles of magnetism. He is now working on improving the bulb even further, with a built-in dimmer and height control. The repercussions of this move can be phenomenal as we have to come in terms with how strange it would be to see such a bulb in action. Is that an invisible hand holding it up? Creepy.
