• List of the most expensive iPhone Applications that are actually worth it

  • iPhone Applications
If you assumed that, the iPhone only runs a few measly applications that fog your screen or just display an emerald onscreen then its time you think again. There are a number of practical applications that foot the bill of $500+ without losing its significance.
Here are just two of them that we really liked.
iRa Pro is a mobile surveillance application for the iPhone or iPod touch that empowers you to increase the onsite visibility of your security force without sacrificing situational awareness. Quick access to cameras allows you to make time sensitive decisions easily from a remote location, making it ideal for first responders. It Integrates with Milestone Enterprise XProtect server allows access to live camera video and control pan-tilt-zoom cameras through the server. It brings multiple live video feeds and remote camera PTZ (pan, tilt, zoom) control to the palm of your hand. For $900, we think it is the closest you can feel about being James Bond.

MyAccountsToGo (MATG) – Accounting and financial information from the Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) financial management system. Designed for sales reps as well as sales, marketing or finance executives, this app allows you to access customers, sales order transactions, accounts receivable statements, item master and item warehouse information. The sales transactions include quotations, sales orders, sales invoices, back orders and returns. Tight integration with other iPhone features, such as e-mail and Google maps, will provide you with the ability to communicate effectively with your corporate office about any of your accounts.
MyAccountsToGo requires the cooperation of your IT Department for installation and maintenance. Your company must use Version 9.0 or Version 10.0 of Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and Microsoft SQL Server 2005. This will cost you $500 for smooth operation.
