Man decides to work as a human-billboard, travel by the rail all day
Advertising is an enterprising business. Clientele vary and so do the products you can earn from. There’s always something that needs to be sold and bought. This is what must have inspired this brave and patient man from Japan. Yahoo! Japan’s auction site threw up an entry that read, ‘a man is offering to ride the Yamanote line, one of Japan’s busiest train routes, decked out in advertisements for an entire day.’ Sure enough, people would want to advertise on such a novelty and so he received 20 bids already.
He is up for booking from September 23rd. Each day purchased will be paid off by him riding the Yamanote line from the first to the last train. That’s a 20-hour schedule we’re talking about. The auction started for about $32 and has shot up to about $268. That’s a lot cheaper than advertising in a train, the conventional way.
