It made it to the 10 most anticipated games of 2008, there much talk about the wheel, but still we were not satisfied with the scraps of news that we heard about the Mario Kart For Wii. It’s time for the real deal; Nintendo has announced that the game will be released on April 27th. With a broadband hookup to Nintendo WiFi connection, you can compete with up to 11 other drivers from around the world and in 10 different battle arenas. Mario Kart Wii can be maneuvered with four different control options: Wii Remote with or without the Wii Wheel, Wii Remote and Nunchuk controller combo, Classic Controller and even the Nintendo GameCube controller. What’s more the game will include 16 new courses and 16 classic courses from previous Mario Kart games. And for the first time ever, players have the option of racing with either karts or motorbikes.
