• Marionettebot a mannequin that mimics user movements

    • United Arrows a fashion retailer in Japan has created the Marionettebot which is a mannequin is hooked onto a Kinect based camera which mimics the movements of users standing in front of it with the help of 16 wires and a specially developed motor. The mannequin stands at the company’s store in Shibuya, Tokyo, time will tell if this unique idea increases sales or just entertains drunks.
