• Microsoft annonces Xbox Music to take on iTunes

  • The online music will get more crowded from Tuesday as Microsoft launches Xbox Music on its game consoles from tomorrow. The service will be expanded to Windows based computers and the upcoming Surface tablet on October 26th when Microsoft launches Windows 8. Xbox Music will be replacing Zune which failed miserably. With this service Microsoft will be going heads on with Apple’s iTunes and Amazon’s Cloud player. Microsoft will be integrating Skydrive which will allow users to store music and playlists on a cloud platform which can be then accessed by multiple devices. The service will be made available in 22 countries.
