• Motorola HS1001 is a landline phone with a touchscreen

There has to be someone who brings back a dying breed of technology back into existence. This time, it’s what we once thought to be indispensable, landline phones (more popularly known as home phones). The Motorola HS1001 brings back the balls to the good old desk phone with style. And by style, I mean a cool 2.8 inch touchscreen with a virtual keypad, dual Wi-fi technology for connectivity to home networks as well as to the base station, multimedia support and DECT 6.0 support.

The phone is made in Hong Kong by a company called Binatone. It can be expected in the US by Q3 for about $150.
