• Pantech Vega S smartphone with 1.2GHz Snapdragon for Korea

  • 16 pantech vega s1
Pantech have released their Vega S phone that adds Android Froyo (2.2) with some powerful tools. To begin with, the phone has a collosal 1.2GHz Snapdragon processor, DDR2 RAM, and HD video recording capabilities. Among the many attributes of the phone, that’s formerly referred to as Vega S IM-730S, we have a large, 4-inch display screen that supports video resolutions of up to 800×480 pixels. There’s not much to impress with the looks of the phone though.

There’s no word on the pricing of the phone. So far, it’s only to retail in South Korea by the end of this month. We know not of a US release.
