These hard drives will surely revolutionize the concept of the contemporary external hard drives which are heavier and are designed with more industrial and basic feel. SimplleTech’s new line of hard drives packs style and functionality in a sleek and portable style. When it comes to performance, these drives won’t upset you, as the drives operate at 5400 RPM with 8MB Cache.


    The drives go for a price of $109.99 for 40GB, 60GB at $129.99, 80GB at $149.99 and 100GB at $179.99. The available color options are red, gray, silver, white and black, but you may not find all the colors in every capacity. The drives are expected to hit more than 4,000 major retail electronics and office supply stores, nationwide in Q3 2006.
