Samsung has also hopped on to the e-book bandwagon and released the Samsung SNE-50K e-book reader. This reader features a 512MB onboard storage, a five-inch touchscreen and stylus. It doesn’t have wireless and Internet connectivity as compared to the other readers we have seen recently. But unlike the others, this reader is very slim at nine millimeters and very light with just 6.5 ounces. Samsung has partnered with Kyobo Bookstore, which is one of the largest bookstores in South Korea. For now the reader is available in South Korea only and Samsung plans to make prototypes for other countries as well.
