• Samsung leaks news of Apple’s upcoming 7-inch iPad Mini

    • Rumors of a smaller iPad have surfaced again, and this time around, the source seems pretty reliable, with the news coming from rival Samsung’s mouth. A new 7-inch Mini iPad has seemingly been planned to show up later this year and was mentioned on a pretty-official Samsung Securities document. To surface by the third quarter of 2012, the iPad Mini could run against Amazon’s 7-inch Kindle Fire. Also, the document sets readers wondering if Apple will indeed move over to AMOLED displays from the customary IPS to keep up with competitors including Samsung who will soon launch an AMOLED 7.7-inch Galaxy Tab this year.
