Samsung plans to unveil 7-inch version of Galaxy Tab 10.1
When Samsung first began rolling out their Android tablets, the Galaxy Tab, they showed up in 7-inch form factors. Having evolved with the now upheld and highly proclaimed Galaxy Tab 10.1, also the first Honeycomb Android tablet, Samsung plans to unleash a super portable 7 inch version of the same soon! From what we’ve heard, the tablet will pack a 1.2 Exonys dual-core processor, boast 1Gb Ram, a 2GB of ROM, 16GB of internal memory, Micro SD and contain just about every creature comfort you’d expect from a tablet.

Also, rumor-mongers have been buzzing around that the 7-incher will use Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread instead of Honeycomb. Once released, this Gingerbread tablet is sure to sell like hot cakes!
