Sony SS-NA2ESpe and SS-NA5ESpe pay more heed to style

Sony have given style-conscious audiophiles just that with the SS-NA2ESpe and SS-NA5ESpe speaker sets. The company has rolled these out in a piano finish, thus, later on needing to work on the sound quality as well. Few would imagine that an enclosure to affect the sound of a speaker so much. Of these, the SS-NA5ESpe is a 2-way bookshelf speaker unit that comes with an aluminum cone woofer diameter of 2,130 mm and a 19mm soft dome tweeter with a diameter of 25mm. On the other hand, the SS-NA2ESpe is a 3-way, 6-speaker configuration system. It comes with a double-aluminum cone woofer, each of 165mm diameter and mid-range cone diameter of 130mm.

The Sony SS-NA2ESpe and SS-NA5ESpe will cost 249,900 Yen or $2,656 (floor type) and 157,500Yen or $1,673 (bookshelf type), respectively.
