Sony Ericsson Satio emits more radiation than most UK phones
The Sony Ericsson Satio must have made it big among cellphone enthusiasts but hey, do you know that it’s among the most fatal phones to own (as far as health concerns go)? Yes! The Satio is considered to be the highest emitter of radiation, as compared to all the phones available in the UK. It clocks about 1.5W/kg of radiation emission. This is based on an article by Olga Naidenko. It involved the top ten emitters of radiation, from all the phones that are available in the UK market.
Following the Satio is the BlackBerry Bold 9700 with 1.36W/kg and the Nokia E71 with 1.33 W/kg. The list of ten phones featured four Sony Ericsson handsets including W995, W595 and the T715.
