• Steam powered car goes from 0 to 343 kmh in 2.5 seconds

  • If You think the Bugatti Veyron which goes from 0 to 100 in around 3 seconds is fast then check this steam powered car. It is not powered by hydrogen but water a high pressurised tank (500 psi) superheats water to 250 degrees C. When the water is released under normal atmospheric pressure it instantly flashes to steam. The right kind of nozzle converts it into massive thrust to the equivalent of 15,000 hp in this case.
    Thanks Bret
