StickNFind system can seek out your lost infant, keys, lingerie and more
Absent-mindedness may be a luxury some may enjoy. Not having something linger in your brain lobes is good but then there are things of value in life that they risk being lost. StickNFind is a system that retrieves lost objects quite simply, armed with little adhesive tags and an app on the users’ smartphone. The tags are as large as a Quarter and are embedded with a circuit board, a replaceable watch battery, a buzzer and an LED light. Thanks to an adhesive portion they stick to objects such as keys and TV remotes. All a user has to do is use his smartphone to search for dedicated tags on objects. The cellphone will show the objects on its tracker. Alternatively, users can also trigger the buzzer or the LED as and when needed.

The object can be traced from 30 meters away. If out of range, the app will notify you whenever it comes in proximity. This is quite a bit of smart thinking. By pledging $35, you can be assured of two tags. If the designers collect enough funds, this could retail for a healthy $50. I’d get one for my toddler and Pug.
