The Castel is the world’s first full-face helmet, sans the visor
The Visor is quite an important part of a helmet for many people. Whether you’re Speed Racer or Valentino Rossi, the sheen and clarity that the visor offers to the protective gear is simply incomprehensible. Yet, we see a brilliant version of a visor-less helmet that doesn’t only cancel out the glass but also manages to look good. French manufacturer Les Ateliers Ruby has created the Castel helmet that is deemed as the first visor-less helmet. It is available in yellow, black, grey and white. The lacquered pain on three versions look good while the gunmetal matte varnished carbon on the grey one is simply gorgeous.

The Castel helmet can be paired with smart glasses. As far as the protection of your cranium is concerned then do not fret. The helmets are reinforced with a ‘carbon fiber shell with titanium detailing and an interior lined with Nappa full-grain lamb leather’.
