Recently Fujitsu unveiled the New Generation Cane, a revolutionary development aimed to make the lives of the aged and physically challenged simpler. In essence a super-connected walking stick, the New Generation Cane uses GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

    Using its connectivity to its advantage, the cane guides you and also records data, making sure the one’s at home have no trouble locating you if required. The cane’s handle includes a screen that displays big green arrows pointing you in the right direction and numbers that tell you your heart rate.
