The Invisible Bike Helmet is more a fashion statement
It’s absolutely mind-numbing to know that there exists such excellence in transport security that even the impossible seems realistic. With the Invisible Bike Helmet developed by the Swedish industrial designing duo of Anna Haupt and Terese Alstin, one can safely start believing and hoping. The revolutionary design of their excellent biking helmet is just what one would seek to do away with the existing bulk that is. Just like a car’s dashboard system the helmet inflates into an airbag, thus protecting the rider from any kind of head or neck injuries. It’s called the Hovding and does away with all things uncomfortable in a conventional helmet. To top this, the contraption also houses a black box to capture 10 seconds of the last moments before the crash. Ingenious would be an understatement.
