Uber mobile app ties up with Home Depot to deliver Christmas trees in the US for $135, only today!

Uber, the mobile app that is used heavily for passengers to connect with drivers of hired cars has tied up with Home Depot delivery services to create an exclusive program for those who tend to procrastinate until Christmas. The company is delivering Christmas trees to 10 cities in the US today for a pretty good price. All this, to save the hectic tussle Christmas shoppers have to face, choosing and carting their trees home. So if you’re in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York City, Philadelphia, San Diego, San Francisco or Washington DC, you could pick between a Fraser Fir or Noble Fir. The trees could range from seven to eight feet in height and create a truly authentic Christmas experience for you.

To do this, download the Uber app on iPhone, Android or Blackberry and use the UberTREE option between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. It will cost you $135 to score you tree but imaging the efforts and time it could save.
