Urilift public urinal costs $100,000 and pops up magically after pub hours

The Urilift public urinal stays underground all day and rises up every evening satisfying drunk Brits. At first it might seem the coffins of dead people rising. Well, only God knows what mental state you will be in if by any chance you are standing next to it when you are drunk. Might take months for recovery! The public urinal will be there for 5 hours everyday and then goes back into the ground. Just make sure you get out of it when it goes back. The timing for this is 10 pm to 3 am everyday. This is intended to tackle the problem of people urinating in shop doorways and on the streets of town centers.
