What’s extremely painful to bear is living in a country that hasn’t even got their 3G fully off the ground and hearing about other parts of the world moving on to bigger and faster things. For example only recently Taipei has announced that their going to roll out 1000 taxies with WiMAX supplied by VMAX Telcom. How cool is that? On the other hand it also means that even when you’re taking a breather on your way home or between meetings you can now get more work done. Apparently during the initial roll out the service will be free. There’s no information just yet on if or what the charge might be in the future though. Well I’m very happy for the citizens and having said that I’m going to go and cry somewhere quite.
