Thoroughly influenced by the Beijing Games, enthusiasts from Hong Kong have created their own Olympics developed exclusively with more than 300,000 Lego bricks. Around 4,500 Lego people from the Hong Kong Lego User Group were engaged to complete this task.

The Hong Kong Lego team went to great lengths to recreate the spectacular Water Cube aquatic centre, Birds’ Nest Stadium and the Birds’ eye view. The entire miniature city measured 10ft by 26ft.
