Adidas recently pulled the veil off its latest physical fitness assistant, the SPEED_CELL. Meant to be fitted in shoes, this workout tracker keeps an eye on your performance metrics and can be used for sports like football, tennis and basketball. Using an on board memory system, the SPEED_CELL stores a whole seven hours of stats, then transmitting the data wirelessly to smartphones, tablets, PCs as well as Macs!

Also, all future Adidas footwear will sport a slot for the SPEED_CELL and will be designed to be compatible with this system, costing $69.99 a pop, with a December 1st launch date.
