Aston Martin has unveiled its bespoke Cygnet city cars. The two Cygnet Launch Edition models; White and Black, are available with standard manual or optional CVT automated transmission and each will be produced for a strictly limited time, and for the modest price of just £30,995 ($49,336). We must say, we are pleased.

The first edition, fittingly called the Cygnet Launch Edition White glistens in Snow White paint. The exterior also gets plenty of chrome bright work and custom wheels, while the interior gets pearl-white leather and satin chrome accents. The Cygnet Launch Edition Black, on the other hand looks deliciously evil in Magic Black paint that hides shades of green. Matte-black louvers and chrome accents dominates the rest of the exterior while the seats and dash are finished in pure black full grain leather, perforated in a specially-developed diamond pattern.
Tailor-made for the modern city, the Cygnet goes into production in April 2011 and will be on sale through Aston Martin’s European dealership network and expanding its market availability by 2012.
