Beckham kicks it off with Motorola

beckham_motorola.jpgDavid Beckham has been a ground-breaking name in the much loved game of football. But apart from being an excellent player he also has a very benevolent streak that cannot pass away without being noticed at least not if it’s in collaboration with biggies like Motorola. Announcing the signing of the hottest property in professional football as a global brand ambassador. The three-year collaboration with David Beckham will kick-off with major activities across Asia including advertising appearances and extensive retail promotions rolled out across the network of Motorola stores and distributors throughout the region. The deal also includes the ability to embed exclusive Beckham content such as screen savers and video clips of the star in action — in Motorola handsets. Beckham will commence his brand ambassador role with immediate effect and will be seen exclusively carrying Motorola products during the upcoming World Cup campaign.

Now that’s cool as he isn’t wasting time just posing with the paparazzi but getting his act together. Beckham will also be supporting important Motorola initiatives including the newly launched Red Moto SLVR phone created to help eliminate AIDS in Africa. Beckham will signal his public support for this campaign, in addition to his ongoing UNICEF activities, to encourage his numerous fans to make a difference and help in the fight to combat the disease. Now that’s really nice god bless his soul and his game. Thumbs up Beckham!
