The BenQ-Siemens EF51 looks more like a MP3 player than a Mobile phone. The EF51 is fitted with keys for play, pause as well as fast forward and backward functions located on the exterior, below an 1.6-inch TFT color display (262,144 colors, 128 x 128 pixels) for quick and easy operation. Apart from an FM radio, the EF51 boasts a player for music files in MP3, WMA, AAC and AAC+ formats. A particularly convenient feature is the voice-operated music selection function, which allows users to simply tell their mobile phone the name of the song and it starts playing. The BenQ-Siemens EF51 also has integrated 3D surround sound, a 6-band equalizer for individual sound arrangement and a Display Lyrics feature which displays the text of the music being played on the screen. You can take clear pictures with the 1.3 Megapixel camera and transfer them via Bluetooth.

Anyone wishing to listen wirelessly to music on the move can use the Bluetooth Stereo headset HHB-180/181 with remote control, which is available as an original accessory. The BenQ-Siemens EF51 will be available in Q2/2006 in white and black color variants. Prices are not set yet.
