Bowers & Wilkins updates Zeppelin Air with Lightning connector, introduces Z2 AirPlay speaker

Bowers & Wilkins is known for its quality portable audio-ware and apple focused speakers. We take keen interest in all new products launched by the company and quite liked the AirPlay A5 and A7 speakers which were launched 2 years back. The company has decided to update the Zeppelin Air focussing mainly on its dock. The third-gen Zeppelin Air will feature a lightning connector making if more compatible to iPhone 5. The speaker remains more or less the same, though we are not complaining, the LED array has been updated. The price of the speaker remains the same at US $600 and will be available by May.

Bowers & Wilkins has also introduced a follow-up of it now defunct Zeppelin mini, Z2 priced at US $400. The small wireless speaker, ovular in shape, is quite powerful for its size and has a top-mounted Lightning dock for iPhone and iPod Touch. A black coloured version will be available by April and white Z2 by June.
