Cisco’s network solutions have done the world a load of good and are continuing to up their effort but their dominance as the world’s finest may not last long if Juniper live up to their tall claims. The relatively smaller company is now rivaling with a network solution that is faster, cheaper and simpler, as compared to big names like Cisco. Called QFabric technology, the new networking system is built for ideal cloud computing and mobile technology. What makes Juniper simple is the fact that it uses just one layer of switching technology to communicate between large and dense data centers.
It took a $100 million research and development initiative for CEO Kevin Johnson to bring about this amazing new breeze to networking. It has a long way to go to take Cisco down, even by the heels.
