Clothing that records crime against women?

It may seem totally absurd at first but then these cool fabrics, designed by MIT student, Adam Whiton are likely to reduce crimes against women, or anyone for that matter. The fabric reacts to impacts suffered by means of blows and can store the information of the same on any computer. Now there are some questions that totally baffle me. Can’t a woman hammer herself and blame someone else for it, as in, who knows which blows were hit by whom? How can a woman predict she’s going to be attacked?

At the end of the day we end up where we always do: appreciation of the technology and ruing the fact that its realization would cost a fortune for an already abused woman.
