The Compaq Mini CQ10-688nr notebook is a basic 10.1-inch one with a few good things up its sleeve. To start off with, the processor is an Intel Atom N455 1.66GHz CPU with fairly decent operating speeds. In a similar mid-range nerve is the mere 1GB DDR3 RAM, a stingy 250GB storage space and a VGA web camera for video chats. The major selling point is this one is the LTE, packed and delivered to offer speeds ranging between 5 and 12 Mbps. The 4G magic may workout for some but I’d rather go for some higher specs.
The Compaq Mini CQ10-688nr is expected at $450 with a 2-year contract and is set to be released today. It also ferries a monthly plan of 2GB download data at $30, 5GB for $50 and 10GB for $80. Keep in mind, 4G is fast, and so is the rate at which you can lose your space to data!
