Daegeon Technology Korea has introduced its new ‘magic pen’ that reads books by detecting DPI (dot per inch) with a camera scanner equipped on the tip of the pen. If children push letters or pictures on books with the ‘magic pen’, children can learn while listening certain sound of animals and correct pronunciation of 26 alphabet letters. The book is organized such a way that it distinguishes its section to ‘Sing, Do, Chart, Play, Game, Story, Daily, and Talk’ that children can utilize the book according to their levels. The company said that it is going to develop other variants of the product that use languages such as Chinese or Japanese.
